Abstract
More and more people are complaining of health symptoms of unknown origin, and the culprit is usually found in ’electromagnetic pollution’. This observed increased sensitivity to fields in certain individuals is known as electromagnetic hypersensitivity syndrome or EHS. The paper provides an overview of the most commonly reported symptoms attributed to EHS ‘sufferers’, lists the results of various studies in this area over the past 15 years, compares similarities with other disorders, and finally suggests a possible solution for exposed individuals.
