A Circular Loop Time Constant Standard for the Determination of Phase Angle Errors of Current Shunts

Abstract

The paper describes a simple time constant standard, developed for the phase angle measurement of the precision current shunts. Its design is based on a single circular loop, placed in an air thermostat.
