Modelling and analysis of 35 kV network in DP Elektrodalmacija and analysis of possible methods of Dobri transformer station supply improvement

Abstract

The preparation of this study was motivated primarily by the power supply problems of TS Dobri, i.e. by analyzing the possibility of parallel operation of the 35/10 kV transformer in TS Dobra in the period of high consumption when the current switching condition causes overloading of the transformer, but also of the 35 kV cables, given their very poor technical condition. Apart from the mentioned problem, the condition of the 35 kV network of DP Elektrodalmacija is such that operational dispatching and planning analyzes of different network configurations are relatively often requested, i.e. analysis and resolution of various operational problems. The study deals with the possibilities of better power supply to TS 35/10 kV Dobri, with parallel operation of the 35/10 kV transformer, taking into account the network load and the limitation of three-pole short-circuit currents.
