Characteristics of the ground system HE Peruca 2007

Abstract

Measurements on the Peruca HPP grounding device were carried out by simulating a condition similar to a single-pole short circuit. Determination of potential distribution was carried out along seven directions. At the same time, the measured touch and step voltages did not reach a significant amount.
