Partial discharge measurements on the subnetwork section SS Sucidar – SS Gsc1 – SS Gsc2 – SS Smrdecac 5 – SS Smrdecac 8
Abstract
With the exception of RTS Sucidar, measurements were made in 10/0.4 kV substations. The so-called on-line measurement method, where 10 kV cables are energized with operating voltage, and the level of partial outages is measured on the cable sheaths. During the measurement, a manual PDS Air partial outage level analyzer was used, which is used for quick detection of potential faults, after which suspicious network elements are additionally inspected with more complex equipment, usually in off-line mode.
