Abstract
In this study, a proposal for the development of the distribution network is given based on the current situation and the forecasted growth of consumption in the considered area. The development plan is based on a detailed model of the MV power network and contains detailed development guidelines for five-year periods. For the distribution network, a forecast of the increase in consumption was made based on historical trends and plans for the realization of new larger consumer facilities. As part of the development plans for the distribution network, the approximate costs of the realization of certain variants of development are also given. Based on the analytical-hierarchical method, an analysis of the dynamics of the transition to 20 kV operating voltage of certain distribution units (distribution plants and offices) was performed.
