Abstract
As part of this study, the following was given: - basic analysis of the application of a series choke on DV 110 kV Meterize-Vrboran in order to equalize the power flows of the mentioned transmission line and eliminate its overloading. - Analysis of power flows in characteristic situations in the network and selection of the basic technical parameters of the series ballast. - Review of alternative solutions. - Analysis of transient phenomena during connection/disconnection of DV 110 kV on which the ballast will be installed.
