Abstract
Based on the existing Grid Codes of the Electricity System and the practice of other countries, the paper presents a proposal for the structure of the new Grid Codes of the Transmission System. It also presents the basic requirements of the Grid Codes of the Transmission System and the accompanying regulations according to the draft proposal of the new Electricity Market Act, with a special emphasis on the part related to the adoption, monitoring, interpretation and amendment of the same.
