Technical-economical due diligence for WPP Lukovac

Abstract

As part of the technical-environmental in-depth survey, in addition to the analysis of the previous ones, a new wind study and a long-term production assessment were made using the provided measurement data for configurations with five different types of wind turbines. Next, the technical aspects of possible variants of wind turbines were analyzed, as well as project solutions, studies, contracts, permits and other documentation submitted by the project owner, which were prepared and implemented in the development of the Lukovac HPP project so far. In accordance with the project task, an assessment of all future costs of the preparation, construction and operation of the wind power plant was made, as well as a recommendation for the assessment of future income as a technical basis for assessing the value of the project. Identification and assessment of key risks was also made, presented at the end in tabular form according to the structure defined by the Client.
