Abstract
In this study, a proposal for the development of the distribution network is provided based on the current state and projected growth of consumption in the considered area. The development plan is based on a detailed model of the HV (High Voltage) power grid and includes detailed development guidelines for five-year periods. A forecast for the increase in consumption based on historical trends and plans for the implementation of new major consumer facilities has been prepared for the distribution network. As part of the distribution network development plans, approximate costs for the implementation of various development options are provided. An analysis of the dynamics of transitioning certain distribution units (distribution substations and offices) to a 20 kV operating voltage has been conducted using the Analytic Hierarchy Process.
